The Counter Series is built around Centipede. Its page names five Atari games: Centipede, Millipede, Liberator, Avalanche and Super Breakout. It has a built-in trackball, needs some assembly and runs from an AC adapter. Arcade1Up gives $249.99 as its compare-at price.

On the AtGames cabinet, Centipede is one of 300 built-in games, alongside Space Invaders, Bubble Bobble and Missile Command. It adds spinners, joysticks and a pinball kit to the trackball. Walmart listed it at $629 on September 30, 2026.

What to check before you buy

  • Size. The Counter Series is low and wide, about 7 inches tall, and sits on a table. The CE-HD stands 66.44 inches and needs a floor spot about 30 by 22 inches. See countertop machines and upright cabinets.
  • Players. The Counter Series states 1 player. The AtGames page does not state a count.
  • Licensing label. Both show "Official titles named, licensor not stated". Each page names the games but not the company that licensed them. See licensing labels.
  • Availability. As of October 1, 2026, the Counter Series was available on Arcade1Up's store and the CE-HD was sold out on AtGames' store. Arcade1Up's larger Atari Centipede Deluxe is marked discontinued, so it is not listed.

We cover new machines only and do not price original cabinets.
