About Big Buck Hunter arcade machines
Updated · By Retro Field Guide research team
One machine in our listings plays Big Buck Hunter: Raw Thrills' Big Buck Hunter Reloaded Panorama, from $6,995 at Game Room Shop as of October 1, 2026. It is the full commercial cabinet with a coin door, sold through a game room dealer, and it needs a TV you supply. Arcade1Up's smaller home versions are no longer on its site.
Game Room Shop's page lists light-gun controllers, a coin door that takes quarters and a card reader. It names 12 huntable animals and six licensed, themed campaigns, among them The Walking Dead and Duck Dynasty. Options on the same page run the price up to $12,794.
What Arcade1Up sold
Arcade1Up released the Big Buck Hunter Pro Deluxe in 2023 with four games: Big Buck Hunter Pro, Pro Open Season, Safari and Safari Outback (Wikipedia, checked October 1, 2026). A Mossy Oak edition followed. Its product pages now return "not found" and its Big Buck Hunter collection page is empty (checked October 1, 2026), so we do not list either. Some resale pages still show them; we have not confirmed a price or seller for any.
What to check before you buy
Size. The Reloaded Panorama is over 7 feet tall, more than 4 feet deep and 400 pounds. Measure doorways and the floor spot first.
Total cost. The price leaves out the 42- to 60-inch HDTV, which matters when you compare it with self-contained cabinets.
Guns. On any used cabinet, ask whether both guns are included and working.
Licensing label. The Reloaded Panorama shows "Licensed, licensor named" (Raw Thrills). A resale listing often states no licensing at all. See licensing labels.
If you want light-gun games for less, several premium multigame cabinets in our catalog include light guns or offer them as an add-on; find your machine by budget and room size.
The original game
Big Buck Hunter came to arcades in December 2000, developed by Play Mechanix and published by Incredible Technologies (Wikipedia, checked October 1, 2026).
